We are looking for an artiful Interior Designer to undertake a veriaty of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and lisising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Site တွင် လိုအပ်သော Material Request များ အချိန်မှီ ကြိုတင်ပေးရမည်။
2. Site Daily Report များ အချိန်မှန်တင်ပေးရမည်။
3. Site Schedule အကြမ်းဖျင်းရေးဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
4. Labour Control ပိုင်းကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
5. Drawing ကောင်းစွာနားလည်ပြီး လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
6. Senior Engineer and Manger ဆီ Report တင်ရမည်။ လိုအပ်ပါက ခရီးသွားနိုင်ရမည်။
7. Site ကြီးကြပ်နှင့် တွဲ၍ ပစ္စည်းများကို သေချာမှန်ကန်ထိရောက်စွာ နေရာချခြင်း၊ ထိန်းသိမ်းတက်ရမည်။

Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
2. 2+ years experience in multiple levels of project management in commercial construction.
3. Knowledge of design, specifications, and buildings codes
4. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor, train, and lead team members.
5. Able to use Google Sheet.
